Establishing and governing Common Data Environments (CDEs) to enable secure, collaborative workflows across multidisciplinary teams.
Leading workshops and training sessions to foster stakeholder alignment and digital literacy.
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, navigating digital delivery frameworks and ISO 19650 compliance.
Overseeing structured data delivery (COBie, IFC, Uniclass) and managing the transition to Asset Information Models (AIMs) for operational use.
Driving quality assurance, resolving information-related issues, and coordinating seamless data exchanges.
Developing and reviewing critical documentation such as Exchange Information Requirements (EIRs), Asset Information Requirements (AIRs), and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).

A proven track record in BIM and information management on major projects.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Proficiency in leading CDE platforms and digital collaboration tools.
