Oversee retrofit projects from assessment to completion (PAS 2035)
Conduct site visits and liaise with residents, clients & stakeholders
Coordinate with assessors, designers & installers
Experience in retrofit coordination within housing sector
Understanding of PAS 2035 & domestic energy efficiency
Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management ✅
Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + £4,500 car allowance
