

Produces HVAC, fire, security and building automation systems to optimize and protect buildings globally.
The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for securing fire detection and electronic security installation projects across a defined territory, developing and strengthening relationships with regional clients. You will lead the full sales cycle, conduct building surveys and system design, and receive full support from surveyors, designers and estimators for large or complex projects.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will work with key contacts in education, healthcare, industrial and large commercial sectors to build opportunities, bid on projects and present technical information to board‑level stakeholders. Leads will be managed through Salesforce and you will be supported by an Estimator/Technical Bid Manager for sophisticated proposals, with the primary objectives of pipeline growth, conversion improvement and meeting defined sales targets.
We are looking for candidates with proven success in account management, specification sales or project sales within a technical sector, and experience selling B2B technical solutions. The role requires the ability to work independently, excellent communication skills to engage operational departments, strong relationship‑building capabilities, the skill to develop and execute plans with cross‑functional teams, and a full UK driving licence.
Preferred candidates will be able to survey buildings and design fire and/or security systems and have experience with CRMs such as Salesforce.com. However, strong individuals with a willingness to learn will receive full training from our market‑leading technical and sales teams.
