Chubb is looking for a Head of Early Careers who will shape the future of our early‑talent strategy and lead the organisation into the next era of workforce development. This senior, influential position is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with deep generalist expertise and a proven track record of delivering high‑impact early‑career programmes across the UK and Ireland.

Successful candidates will bring hands‑on experience managing graduate schemes, internships, placements and apprenticeships, possess strong knowledge of the legislative landscape, and demonstrate the ability to build partnerships with learning providers and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Hands‑on experience running graduate schemes, placements, internships, apprenticeships or trainee programmes
