- Shape financial operations from the ground up
- Partner with operations to optimize cost structures, inventory, and production efficiency
- Supervise and mentor a small team of transactional accounting staff
- Ensure timely, accurate financial statements and operational metrics
- Ensure GAAP compliance across plant and corporate functions
- Collaborate directly with a CFO who values innovation, mentorship, and transparency
- Deliver executive-level reporting and insights
- Build and refine accounting processes and internal controls with the CFO
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Contribute to ERP optimization, financial modeling, and M&A due diligence

- Deep expertise in manufacturing finance and cost accounting
- Comfortable operating at both tactical and strategic levels
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally across public and industry roles
- Own full-cycle accounting: journal entries, GL, month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting
- Proven process builder with strong executive presence
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/public accounting strongly preferred)
