As a Front Desk Clerk you will ensure every guest interaction is positive, check guests in and out, and respond to requests. You will input and maintain reservation data, assist with reservation changes, generate invoices, process cash and credit transactions, maintain safety deposit boxes, handle housekeeping and maintenance requests, restock the front desk, provide information on attractions, and prepare reports for management.
The ideal candidate has proficient English communication skills, a courteous professional attitude, flexibility to cover shift changes, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and at least six months of customer service experience. Desired experience includes front desk or guest services, cash/credit card transaction handling, and a background in resort hospitality.
