Develop, coach and mentor leasing team as applicable. Responsible for successful onboarding of new leasing team members with the overall objective of achieving sales targets/occupancy targets.

Manage execution of pricing programs to achieve budgets including rent optimization, incentive programs and other initiatives as necessary.

Active account management, including engaging with contact furnished suites clients throughout the year to ensure needs are being met.
Establish and maintain corporate furniture suite database.
Accountable for the on-time implementation of sales and performance objectives – to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
Ensure excellence in customer service to current and prospective residents.
Actively promote referral programs and newsletters for furnished suites clientele.
Respond to all Leisure business requests (example: Airbnb / com) and ensure that requests are responded to on weekends as well (either by a Leasing consultant working on weekends and / or by Property Supervisor working on weekends).

Experience: 3-5 years of related experience with residential property management or hospitality sales, post-secondary courses in property management or hospitality, extensive knowledge and proficiency in the areas of leasing, contracts and financial analysis are essential. Experience leading a team.
