Troubleshoot machining issues and proactively resolve programming challenges.
Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality personnel to improve processes.
Program CNC machinery for both milling and turning processes.
Choose tooling and cutting parameters based on materials and specifications.
Help maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Post-secondary education in machining or mechanical disciplines
Familiarity with multi-axis machines and high-precision standards
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)
Confident troubleshooting skills and high attention to detail
Strong understanding of G-code and CNC operations
2+ years CNC programming experience (experience using Powermill is a plus)
Solid grasp of GD&T and blueprint interpretation
