Your responsibilities will include maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all communal areas, including internal glazing and staircases.
You’ll regularly vacuum the main entrance, hallways, corridors, and other shared spaces, in line with the expectations set by the Estate Services Manager and the Domestic Coordinator.
Daily cleaning of communal toilets and walk-in showers will be a key part of your routine, ensuring hygiene and comfort for all residents.
In addition, you’ll manage stock levels by ordering cleaning materials and carrying out regular inventory checks.
