- Overhaul, service and repair mechanical, vehicle and marine/ship systems

- Manage waste and by‑product disposal in line with environmental legislation
- Operate ultrasonic cleaning, wet blasting and high‑pressure jet washing equipment
- Use workshop machinery and tools
- Ensure compliance with H&S, COSHH, ISO standards and company procedures
- Travel to customer sites across the UK and overseas
- Promote Marlin’s high standards in every interaction
- Confidently liaise with customers to assess technical needs

- Apply strong mechanical engineering knowledge, preferably with marine/ship systems experience
- Understand ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements

- Have environmental and spill‑response training or willingness to undertake it
