As a Senior Technology Strategy & Innovation Specialist in the INES Strategy and Standards Team, you will shape the long‑term environment architecture that supports the end‑to‑end network strategy. You will collaborate with specialists across FTTx, HFC, Fixed Wireless, Satellite, Transit, Network Infrastructure and Security to create a cohesive, future‑ready architectural vision focused on customer outcomes.
Your work will drive innovation, simplify environment design and help INES teams adopt new methods and tools with confidence. You will maintain and evolve the baseline architecture, provide expert input into planning and design activities, and offer thoughtful consultation on network engineering solutions.
You will lead the capability uplift program, strengthening technical expertise across INES and shaping the standards, rhythms and practices that enable effective, collaborative delivery.
You bring deep technical knowledge and a collaborative, inclusive approach, translating complex architectural concepts into clear guidance. You have experience in environment architecture or technology strategy across multiple network domains while keeping an end‑to‑end perspective.
The role requires deep expertise in Access Domain Technologies, with strong capability in FTTx and HFC network design and management, as well as modern virtualization technologies that support both environments. This includes knowledge of architecture patterns, automation frameworks, edge/cloud integration and emerging virtualised access network capabilities.
