  • Experience in computer-aided drafting, modelling, and design of Building Mechanical Services consisting of HVAC and plumbing systems.
  • Diploma in Design/Drafting Technology from an accredited technical institution.
  • Knowledge of Alberta Building Codes, National Plumbing Code, ASHRAE Standards, and NFPA Standards.
  • Field and construction site review experience is considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills. Committed team player and the ability to work independently.
  • Basic understanding or willingness to learn: Revit, Navisworks, Revizto and Sketchup.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and knowledge of MEP software.
  • Design experience on commercial and/or industrial projects.
