Work closely with corporate buyer team in UAE, and corporate finance, IT, corporate services, and relevant business function to support indirect purchasing needs.
Obtain and compare quotations from approved suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and value.
Assist in supplier registration, pre-qualification, and compliance due diligence checks.
Conduct negotiations on pricing, terms, and service agreements in line with Kent SCM procedure and company guidelines.
Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders (POs) in ERP systems (Oracle or equivalent).
Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare Bid Analysis Sheets (Commercial Bid Evaluations) for procurement decisions.
Support on UAE supplier ICV collection and update.
Support on purchase order execution process, inventory process, GR/ Service receipt in Oracle.
Work with finance to ensure timely invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
Contribute to efficiency improvements and procurement best practices.
Support on vendor evaluations and performance monitoring.
Monitor price trends, supplier performance, and cost saving opportunities.
Coordinate with internal budget holders to clarify procurement needs and ensure accurate sourcing
Support bidders screening for corporate tenders.

Support procurement reporting, spend analysis, and process improvements.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in corporate/indirect procurement, with a focus on professional services, IT, software, and non-project purchasing.
Analytical mindset with expertise in cost analysis and procurement strategies.
Team player with strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively across departments and with diverse teams
Industry Exposure: Experience in multinational or energy sector procurement is preferred.
Proficiency in supplier sourcing, evaluation, and relationship management.
Experience in ERP system
Must be computer literate
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
ERP Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Oracle or equivalent ERP procurement systems.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
