In this role, the RVP will lead and motivate on‑site management teams, conduct regular site visits and audits, monitor budgets and performance metrics, adopt new management tools, and maintain two‑way communication with senior leadership, asset managers, and owners to ensure alignment with investment objectives.
- Recruit, hire, train, motivate, supervise, and evaluate Business Managers and on‑site teams.
- Ensure compliance with Fogelman purchase order and payables policies.
- Review and approve payables invoices per FMG or third‑party procedures.
- Communicate budget variances to asset manager/owner in advance.
- Validate accuracy of weekly updates, variance reports, executive summaries, and ownership reports.
- Analyze weekly leasing activity and advise marketing director on adjustments.
- Present capital bids to owners with recommendations for approval.
- Update SVP on employee issues, emergencies, property damage, budget variances, and capital projects.
- Forecast monthly revenue and expenses; notify ownership of significant variances.
- Provide operational updates to owners, adhering to a "no surprises" philosophy.
- Review monthly preliminary and final financial statements for accuracy.
- Monitor lease expirations and approve monthly rate increases per FMG policy.
- Adjust rental rates daily in coordination with site manager and revenue management.
- Conduct monthly property visits and quarterly audits to ensure policy compliance.
- Maintain Fogelman curb‑appeal and property presentation standards.
- Review life‑safety inspections and report findings to asset manager or owner.

The company is seeking an experienced Atlanta‑based Regional Vice President (RVP) to oversee six to eight multifamily properties in the Atlanta metro area. The ideal candidate brings more than five years of multi‑site experience on Class A & B properties, strong financial acumen, owner‑communication skills, and a track record of motivating teams to meet ownership objectives; experience with Yardi and Yieldstar is a plus.
The position requires a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), at least three years of property‑management experience (multi‑site preferred), proficiency with industry software such as Yardi, Yieldstar, and Rent Café, strong verbal and written communication, budget management expertise, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel and meet physical job demands.
