Regional Record to Report Lead

Description

• Oversight of indirect tax return compilation, ensuring a meaningful Aggreko review takes place ahead of timely submission and payment in line with relevant regulations
• Completion of statutory accounts and coordination of Aggreko review process ensuring on time submission in line with relevant regulations
• Offering feedback to ensure continuous improvement and championing the new RTR processes to drive global standardisation.
• Working with the Centre of Excellence (COE) to develop and promote new, best in class RTR processes and being a first point of escalation for process end users, answering all queries on process and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with regional financial accounting requirements to ensure timely reporting to a high standard including ownership of the business units balance sheet controls

Requirements

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines with a proactive can-do attitude
• A team player who can communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation and who is challenging but tactful.
• Qualified accountant or qualified by relevant experience.
• Strong technical accounting experience with knowledge or audit and controls.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
