Internship or work-study experience related to civil or structural engineering.

The ability to prepare documents and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous experience with an engineering firm in the power or heavy industrial industry.
Field experience is a plus, along with the ability to perform site walk-downs.
Experience working with others in a Project Team environment.
EIT/FE Certification with a minimum 3.0 GPA
Must have completed coursework in structural steel and reinforced concrete design.
Good written and oral communications skills.
Experience with graphical design software such as Autodesk AutoCAD
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from a 4-year ABET accredited college or university
Hands-on construction experience or site monitoring
