Lead pursuit teams for large APD opportunities within the New York City Metropolitan area. Serve as point of contact to coordinate all efforts amongst the contractor, marketing, commercial management, and design team to develop technical and cost proposals.
Review design deliverables for multidisciplinary coordination based on client standards and requirements.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and/or projects concurrently.
Lead multidisciplinary teams from design development through construction services on projects using Design/Build and Design/Bid/Build methods.

Experience with agencies such as MTA, NYSDOT, NYCDOT, NYCEDC, NYCDDC, PANYNJ, NJ Transit, with Project Management and/or Design Management experience on largescale and/or APD projects for these clients desired.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Graduate Degree highly desired.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and OpenBuildings/OpenBridge/OpenRoads.
Ability to join Stantec committees, employee resource groups, participate in community volunteering, and join various company or local groups/initiatives.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong leadership and team building skills are essential to meet the expectations of this challenging position.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the structural design of Bridges and/or T&R structures. Position will primarily work in an office setting. Licensed or ability to obtain the Professional Engineer license in the States of NY and NJ.
