- Work with and alongside our internal project management and technical teams and working with external environmental consultants to meet the environmental needs of our clients’ projects
- Utilize entrepreneurial and team leadership skills to build out our capabilities and team in the region while leveraging our capabilities and knowledge from across the firm
- Leading and performing field investigations, preparing technical reports, and mentoring staff for a wide variety of project types
- Development and delivery of proposals and presentations

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ideally, experience working with:
- Min. of 10 years of Environmental Project Management Experience
- Army Corp of Engineers (COE) Permitting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Sciences, Civil or Environmental Engineering, Geology, Biology, Forestry, Natural Resources, or related discipline
- Experience in any of the following area is a plus
