We are seeking a Business Intelligence Team Lead to build and maintain BI and analytics solutions that transform data into knowledge. The role involves leading the Power BI team, creating data models, developing dashboards, and maintaining data integrity using Power BI Desktop, DAX Studio, and Power Query.
The Business Intelligence Team Lead will oversee the creation and management of BI tools, assist a diverse group of developers and analysts, and translate raw data into actionable insights through simple, interactive dashboards and reports. This strategic, executive, and managerial role is critical to the organization’s efficiency.
The ideal candidate possesses strong business understanding, problem‑solving skills, and experience in data and business analysis. They must be an effective communicator, able to optimize queries, data sets, and models, and have deep expertise in Power BI technology.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in any field with a proven track record in the Power BI domain, and four to six years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications are not specified.
