- Create materials appropriate to Custom Drive orders that will allow proper BOM and subcontract setup is done systematically while monitoring and executing proper flow of one-time quote requests from customers and sales team
- Engage in new system implementation projects to provide pricing input and feedback on process compliance and understanding
- Track opportunities won, lost and pending to allow for optimized win / loss reporting
- Ensure Custom Drive orders are coordinated cross-functionally for accurate and timely execution of deliverables
- Monitor process compliance surrounding Pricing and Quotations Team activities in alignment with audit requirements and identify opportunities for improvement in transactional processes
- Coordinate proper governmental order procedures and policies for any sales to Federal, State, or Municipal entities, ensuring each project is properly managed and reviewed to ensure compliance to governmental rules and regulations

- High School Diploma with minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination and management/pricing capacity. Preferred experience includes a Bachelor’s degree and experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
- Highly organized with a focus on speed, accuracy, and continuous process improvement.
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP (or other MRP), PowerBI and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and analytical skills being process-driven with the ability to creatively solve business problems independently
