- Operate CNC machines to produce components, monitor machining processes, and make real‑time adjustments for optimal performance and quality.

Cadrex is searching for a CNC Machinist III who will be a key player in manufacturing operations, responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining CNC machinery. The role requires advanced knowledge of CNC operations, including complex setups, programming, troubleshooting, and quality control. Their expertise will contribute to the efficiency and precision of the company's manufacturing processes.
The position is onsite with a Monday‑Friday schedule. Employees work in an environment where they are frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and moderate to loud noise, with occasional risk of electrical shock. Physical demands include standing, sitting, manual dexterity, occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds, and various vision requirements such as close, distance, peripheral, color, and depth perception.
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs as needed for specific components and production requirements; knowledge of G‑code and CAM software is essential.
- 3+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist, focusing on complex CNC machining operations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming using G‑code and CAM software.
- Experience with a variety of CNC machines and controls.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machining issues.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality components.
- Understanding of safety protocols and dedication to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Highschool Diploma.
- 2‑year technical certification or equivalent experience.
