Regional Lead - Heat Pump Installer (Midlands)

Description

• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service
• Collaborate with engineers and electricians to commission and sign off on installs
• Oversee installations and provide input and direction as required
• Take responsibility for the installs in your area and get the most out of your teams
• Onboard and vet new teams in your area to grow the business to the next level
• Manage the day to day with a mix of on site and at home work
• You’ll know the requirements to install, commission, handover, and maintain air source heat pump systems

Requirements

• BPEC L3 or equivalent in heat pump installation
• Prior experience managing teams of plumbers/engineers and electricians
• Minimum NVQ level 2 (or equivalent experience) within the Plumbing and Heating pathway
• G3 Unvented
• You’ll have a natural ability for problem solving and a can do attitude to getting top quality installs over the line and on time
• You have significant prior experience installing heat pumps (3+ years)
• Valid driver's license with 6 points or less
