Support Sales Team with freight decoupling project.
Invoice monitoring and validation; run the price exception / invoice review report daily to ensure invoice accuracy and resolve issues
Support Fuel Fee process
Suggest and support Customer Value Center (CVC) process improvement projects.
Perform transactions in ERP system as needed (Order Entry, credit rebills, diversions, repricing, manual BOL’s etc.)
Developing and maintaining ‘Shipped Orders to Invoicing’ KPI reports.
Review CDM Staging Error report and resolving issues
Review of Open Orders
Reconciliation report that shows order progress through the integrated systems (Quikrete Order Solutions, CDM, JDE, TMX) to identify and resolve issues.
Assist in month-end activities to ensure accounts receivable (AR) is closed promptly and accurately.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering / Business Administration or related field.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; strong attention to detail is a must

Must display good employability skills (attendance, job performance, attitude, willingness to work, etc.)
