The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day‑to‑day upkeep of the apartment community and reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor. This full‑time, on‑site position follows a Monday‑through‑Friday schedule with availability for on‑call emergencies.

Compensation is based on business needs, experience, skills, and location, and the role may be eligible for periodic bonuses tied to individual and company performance.
