Tasks

-Conduct comprehensive market research to support pitches and brokerage opportunities across Australia -Maintain accurate client records and transaction details in MarketLink database -Create and maintain at least 2 new case studies per quarter to build our digital library with verified data and standardised formatting -Support high-profile client relationships through market research, financial analysis, and transaction execution -Attend client meetings and provide critical analytical support to senior team members -Develop compelling new business proposals, presentations, and financial models including cash flow projections and lease comparisons -Prepare high-quality reports, benchmarking studies, and market commentary to professional standards

What You Bring

-Recent Property or related degree graduate with strong academic performance -Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to develop financial models in Excel -Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction -Strong organisational skills and ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher) -Outstanding attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines -Self-starter mentality with initiative to identify business improvement opportunities
