Water Mitigation Field Account Manager

• Keep track of all jobs with the accounting department and make sure we are invoicing properly.
• Manage the Crews from start to finish on all jobs they have sold.
• Communicate with all materially interested parties (Insurance Adjusters, Homeowners, Tenants, Property Managers).
• Meeting with clients to consult with and sell/sign jobs
• Scope the property and create estimates with Xactimate.

RGI is seeking a motivated Water Mitigation Account Manager/Field Manager who can meet with clients onsite, scope a water mitigation claim, and prepare an Xactimate estimate.

• REQUIRED: Working knowledge of the IICRC S500
• REQUIRED: Prior experience performing water mitigation services.
• Must be a people-person who enjoys talking with other people and who has a desire to help others who have just experienced a loss at their home or business, calm them, and help them understand what steps come next in the mitigation and restoration processes.
• BENEFICIAL: Knowledge with writing estimates in Xactimate is a plus! But will train the right applicant. If you have Xactimate estimate writing experience for water mitigation, please let us know.
• Critical thinking - ability to identify problems, engineer a solution, and implement
• REQUIRED: At least 5 years of experience in water mitigation/insurance property restoration
• Negotiator - Ability to step in and resolve conflicts or concerns with customers/potential customers, should they arise.
• Follow-up - Ability to follow up with lingering perspective clients and current ongoing customer's projects to ensure processes are being adhered to and we're meeting expectations set forth to the customer.
• REQUIRED: Able to scope a property for mitigation due to a water/wind/fire/flood loss

PAY: Bonus and commission plans generate $25-50K (not capped) above base pay of $60-75K. Bonus/Commissions paid bi-weekly, directly deposited with salary pay.
