Maintain and develop the Agile framework, techniques and methodologies.
Work closely with Product Owners to understand upcoming enhancements and to suggest technical solutions.
Lead and maintain a strategic approach and plan to manage the development roadmap, in line with business objectives and customer requirements.
Keep up to date with best security controls and be aware of the latest threats.
Consciously create and maintain a team culture that is consistent with thinkproject’s principles and behaviours.
Ensure all technical documentation is created and made available to the relevant teams and kept up to date.
Managing and coordinating development, analysis, test resources, processes and training requirements.
Manage team performance, empowering team members to take responsibility for their jobs.

Demonstrated line management experience across Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and DevOps Engineers.
Deep understanding of Agile software development methodologies (Scrum)
Knowledge of microservices design, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
React / TypeScript for modern front-end development.
Azure Cloud Services – Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Azure Storage.
Able to work well under pressure, flexible, positive & focused during times of change
Strong grasp of cloud security, authentication (Azure AD), and monitoring/observability (Application Insights, Log Analytics).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence at all levels of the organization.
Ability to translate strategic objectives into everyday activity and guide and motivate others to do the same
Ability to translate strategic goals into clear engineering initiatives and measurable outcomes.
Proven experience in building and maintaining SaaS applications using:
Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
C# / .NET Core for backend systems.
