- Créer et actualiser différents rapports, listes et documents;
- Rédiger, corriger et mettre en page différents documents et présentations;
- Préparation et présentation de demandes de travaux contingents;
- Transmission d’informations pertinentes au contremaître;
- Assurer une relation de confiance avec nos partenaires internes
- Maintenir à jour les documents nécessaires tel que les plans et devis, les échéanciers et directives ainsi que les comptes rendus de réunion;
- Assurer les suivis des demandes d’informations et des fiches technique;

- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale;

- Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en administration, gestion de projet, ou domaine connexe; un baccalauréat est un atout;
- Expérience dans les secteurs industriels (chimiques, agroalimentaire ou pharmaceutique), un atout;
- Fermeture et archivage du projet;
- Connaissance des lois, règlements, codes et normes de la construction, un atout;
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques de bureautique (MS Office, incluant Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et de suivi de projet (MS Project, un atout);
- Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer des échéanciers et des clients/fournisseurs exigeants.
- Fournir un soutien à l’ensemble des équipes techniques de projets dans leurs tâches administratives;
- Suivi des coûts vs. Facturation;
- Minimum de 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle administratif, idéalement dans le domaine de la construction ou dans un secteur connexe;
