Support clients with valuation advice and expert reports
Conduct Site Surveys and Technical Assessments, delivering summary reports.
Handle rent reviews, assignments, and consents for telecom installations.
Agree on Heads of Terms to prevent disputes and streamline lease processes.
Participate in and support company groups, initiatives, events and social activities and embrace DM’s values, engendering a positive attitude within the workplace
Develop strong working relationships with client personnel, internal and external stakeholders including contractors, consultants, landowners and occupiers
Advise property owners on telecom-related matters and compliance.

Are a natural problem solver
Have a comprehensive understanding of telecom legislation (ECC, Landlord & Tenant Act 1954).
Have a full UK driving licence
Be experienced in leading a team or projects
Sabbatical Policy effective at 3 years’ service
Ideally be MRICS or AssocRICS qualified, (though not essential)
Familiarity with planning permissions and infrastructure requirements
Ideally have strong understanding of at least two of: the mobile, fibre, fixed wireless or data centre industries
