The Renovation Technician is responsible for providing construction skills in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and full scope apartment renovations. This position will perform basic tasks that require moderate training.
- Maintain well-kept and clean tools, company vehicle and work area.
- Shape or cut materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines, or power tools.
- Watch for hazards and report any concerns to your supervisor or safety professional.
- Regularly communicate with your supervisor and management regarding scheduling and progress.
- Provide support to Levco Management’s maintenance team members, as needed.
- Grind, sand, and polish surfaces such as concrete or wood.

- Strong understanding of construction principles, building codes, finish carpentry, framing, masonry, siding, plumbing, electrical, and other trades.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to safely operate hand and power tools.
- Proven experience as a Renovation Technician or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of arithmetic, basic geometry, and their applications to construction trades.
- Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to meet project deadlines.
- Solid organizational skills.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Regular daily travel and the potential for overnight travel is required.
- Must be detail-oriented and have good communication skills.
- Willing to learn the principles, methods, tools, and equipment used in construction trades.
- Must maintain a neat/clean appearance.
- Ability to work at elevated heights, outdoors and indoors.
- Must be able to work on multiple interior and exterior construction/renovation projects at once.

Hourly: $23.00 - $25.00 an hour, compensation is commensurate with experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 30-minute lunch, overtime as needed
