The Learning & Development Manager will be creative, visible and approachable. You will play a leading role in shaping and delivering flexible and commercially driven development initiatives that build capability, strengthen leadership and support a high-performance, values-driven culture. You will work closely with Heads of Department, the HR team and subject-matter experts across the business to proactively identify development needs, design innovative learning solutions, and ensure colleagues have the skills, knowledge and confidence to thrive.
Demonstrable experience designing and delivering training, including effective soft-skills and management development programmes;
Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and use sound judgement;
Ability to analyse learning needs, measure development impact and translate insights into meaningful actions;
Proven experience in a Learning & Development role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth or entrepreneurial environment;
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills;
Confidence in implementing modern learning methodologies, including blended and digital learning solutions;
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and influence stakeholders at all levels;
Strong understanding of talent management processes, including succession planning and the 9-box grid;
Experience coordinating technical training programmes and partnering with subject-matter experts;
Previous experience managing or leading small teams;
