  • Plan, coordinate, and execute regional marketing activities to enhance market share and brand presence of tracker products.
  • Identify and promote new business opportunities, supporting project execution and fulfillment within the region.
  • Build and lead the MEA regional team, including recruitment, training, and retention of key talent.
  • Provide timely feedback on issues encountered during contract execution and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Achieve sales targets for the tracker business across the Middle East region.
  • Develop and expand the customer base, driving order growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, delivering valuable insights for product optimization.

  • Proven experience in team management and leadership is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong knowledge of tracker products, market dynamics, and distribution channels within the solar sector.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, in order to liaise with clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the solar energy industry.
