- Professional Engineer Licensure (PE) in the state of Louisiana or the ability to obtain reciprocity within six months
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited program
- Program management experience with DOT clients.
- 15 or more years of experience managing diverse transportation and roadway projects.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prepare scope-of-work and level-of-effort estimates for contract proposals, and to lead and manage a team for successful execution of contracted scope, budget, and schedule
- Demonstrated team leadership skills, including the ability to recruit, develop, mentor, and oversee a highly motivated team, coordinate and balance workload with other regional teams, and present team portfolio performance to senior management
