Study and interpret blueprints or plans and take careful measurements of materials
Help resolve production issues
Operate brake presses to bend, cut and manipulate materials into specified shapes

Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Be proficient in scrap out procedures
Have knowledge of product packaging procedures and labeling
Understand and engage in department metrics
Be proficient within applicable computer programs and scanning operations
Have basic understanding of required equipment setups
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
Work from Bill of Materials / Print Shop Paper
Punctuality and dependability.
Be proficient in all Standard Operating Procedures for department/cell
Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor.
Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers.
Adherence to all personnel policies, procedures, and standards of process as implemented by Watts.
Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions.
At least 1 year of sheet metal experience
Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds.
