Collaborate daily with PD&S engineers, architects, and other disciplines to incorporate design direction and resolve coordination issues; support multidisciplinary coordination and clash resolution.
Create device layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, details, risers/single-line diagrams, schedules, and annotated sheets conforming to TT standards.
Assist with visualization tasks, including 3D views, diagrams, and presentation graphics for internal and client use.
Manage BIM workflows including model setup, links/coordinates, worksets, and sheet organization; support QA/QC of models and deliverables.
Develop and maintain Revit families, view/sheet templates, filters, and project standards to enhance drawing quality and consistency.
Contribute to continuous improvement by piloting and documenting efficient modeling and documentation practices; interest in light scripting/automation (e.g., Dynamo, Grasshopper) is a plus.
Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and on-the-job learning to build technical understanding of security, telecom, and AV systems.
Participate in the development of next-generation visualization solutions.
Produce coordinated Revit models and drawing sets for electronic security (e.g., access control, video surveillance), IT/Telecom (e.g., MDF/IDF layouts, backbone and pathway systems), and AV systems.

Familiarity with construction documents, drawing conventions, and coordination with other disciplines; strong graphic and written communication skills.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance.
Demonstrated proficiency with Autodesk Revit for building systems modeling and drawing production; foundational skills in family creation and sheet setup.
Passion for modeling and visualization, with a strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation quality.
Working knowledge of Bluebeam; exposure to Navisworks, Dynamo, and ACC/BIM 360 is a plus.
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Drafting/Design, Engineering Technology, Interior Architecture, or a closely related field; an Architecture background is desirable.
Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and contribute positively in a collaborative environment.
