5-8 years of progressive experience in supply chain with exposure to Strategic Sourcing and/or Category Management
Ability to independently conduct RFx events, including but not limited to RFx drafting and issuance, supplier selection and evaluation, and contract award recommendation
Knowledge of tender and contract procurement practices and processes
Strong relationship management skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Power BI. Advanced Excel knowledge. SAP knowledge is a plus
Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight and demanding deadlines
Ability to address internal client concerns in a timely manner
SCMP designation or pursuit of SCMP is an asset
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or technical field
Ability to independently draft contracts/amending agreements
