- Collaborate to make informed decisions and show your ingenuity.
- Prepare, evaluate, and process purchase orders.
- Source and negotiate the purchase of goods and services to ensure cost-effectiveness and value.
- Build and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Identify alternative vendors to secure the best pricing as needed.
- Administer, monitor, and critically review contracts.
- Seek cost-effective solutions and products, helping to streamline recurring processes.
- Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and submittals.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- A proven record in buying materials and labor for construction or closely related industries.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Five or more years of experience in a closely related field
- A current or near-term residence in the north-suburban Boston area.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Advanced analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
