This position requires a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent professional knowledge and/or work experience.
This position requires a minimum of two years in customer service or administrative support, preferably in financial services, investments or real estate industries.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office are required for this position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Demonstrates highest standards of personal and professional integrity, providing a positive customer experience while adhering to company’s policies and procedures, and complies with applicable laws, government rules and regulations.
Keyboarding skills are required for this position, at least 35 WPM.
