Demonstrable experience of managing multiple construction projects successfully.
Collaborative, with the ability to build long-term client and stakeholder relationships.
Strong IT skills, including MS Office and project planning software (e.g. PowerProject).
Excellent working knowledge of NEC contracts, including Early Warning and Compensation Event processes.
SMSTS, CSCS Manager’s Black Card, and IOSH.
Professional membership (MCIOB/MICE) and NEBOSH Construction Certificate are desirable.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree in construction or equivalent).
