Perform building enclosure field testing, including but not limited to:
Follow company safety policies and project-specific safety requirements
Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
Conduct quality assurance observations and assessments of building enclosure installations, including:
Assist in preparing field reports and summaries for clients and internal review
Document field observations, test procedures, and results through detailed field notes, photographs, and written reports
Performs and sometimes oversees contract administration for small-to-medium projects.
Climb ladders, and carry testing equipment.
Identify installation deficiencies and communicate findings to project teams and supervisors
Assists and gains exposure to projects of greater complexity and scope.
Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects.
Maintain testing equipment and ensure proper calibration and safe operation
Coordinate testing activities with contractors, site personnel, and project managers
Support senior staff with investigations, mock-ups, and forensic evaluations as needed
