  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across all logistics activities.
  • Monitor utilisation of site facilities, storage capacity, and vehicle movements.
  • Manage daily delivery schedules, ensuring compliance with allocated slots and programme priorities.
  • Supervise logistics coordinators, marshals, and subcontractors to ensure safe and effective site
  • Report on daily performance, highlighting risks, issues, and resource shortfalls.
  • Lead the planning and execution of site logistics, including laydown areas, internal transport, waste
  • Coordinate with construction managers to ensure materials and equipment are available when
  • Work closely with the Logistics Control Tower to align forecasts with on-site needs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of site logistics strategies and procedures.
