Verifies to ensure subcontractor completes the assigned scope of work
Assists with maintaining SDS sheets at the project office and all safety-related information
Collects and ensures daily reports/logs and weekly safety reports are complete and accurate
Assists the project manager in acquiring information for status reporting
Assists with correspondence into drawings, request for information (RFI), architectural supplement instructions, etc.
Keeps records of project documents and ensures subcontractors keep “as-built” drawings up-to-date
Assists the project manager in creating a project directory of owner, architect, team, and subcontractors using Procore and/or Microsoft mail merge
Helps to maintain an orderly, clean, safe jobsite that is organized with storage, staging, parking access, etc.

Assist with Job/site setup, including: a storm water program policy plan (SWPPP) and dust control is in place at the onset of each project, that the notice of intent has been filed (coordinate with the project manager), and that the plan is maintained
Assist with the coordination of subcontractor work scopes, scheduling, and resource-loading
Assist with the coordination of jobsite logistics and maintain relationships with adjacent building teams and subcontractors
Lead Big-D’s TH!NK Safety Program by setting a good example and fostering safe work behavior
Ensures all purchases, orders, and invoices are properly coded and administered according to Big-D’s policy
performing regular schedule updates
Attends applicable meetings, such as the job “kick off” meeting, weekly project meeting, monthly project manager-superintendent meeting, owner-architect (OAC) meeting, monthly job review meeting, and management report meeting (upon request)
Assist with schedule management to include:
Assists the Superintendent with time cards, ensuring they are cost coded correctly and turned into payroll by Friday evening each week.
Coordinate with the project team to maintain meeting minutes:
Helps in managing rental and Big-D’s equipment by ensuring proper maintenance, swift return to vendor, regular inventory, proper use, and obtaining a rent-to-own agreement on rental equipment
Helps document project site and construction activities in writing and photos
