-Assist with all aspects of design and may work with the construction team. This work can include hands-on engineering work such as calculations and simulation, drafting, 3D modeling, on-site observation of construction and business aspects such as preparing for presentations and maintaining project files. An intern may also be exposed to other related design disciplines, such as plumbing and electrical systems.
-Strong commitment to integrity, consistently demonstrating ethical, fair, and responsible behavior -General understanding of engineering/construction documentation is preferred -Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is required -Strong computer skills including familiarity with MS Office Suite -Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously -Strong spatial perception and visualizations skills -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear documentation and interacting professionally with clients and colleagues -Proficient with AutoCad and Revit -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also able to effectively collaborate in a team environment
