Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and inform strategy.
Responsible for sourcing, managing, and driving deals to close.
Direct Site Origination team to source sites in target regions in alignment with strategy.
Collaborate with Project Finance, Operations, Energy, Legal, and Marketing teams to structure and deliver successful transactions.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, investors, and partners.
Establish KPIs and track progress against business development goals.
Represent the company at industry events and forums to enhance visibility.
Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.
Lead negotiations for site acquisition and strategic partnerships.
Develop and execute origination strategies for data centers, and other related infrastructure projects. Related infrastructure could include: power supply for the data center, water/wastewater, and/or fiber.
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership.
