  • Ensure use of BAT (Best Available Technology) in the equipment’s designed.
  • Providing P & ID, Data Sheets as per the requirement.
  • Planning the design activities for the project and for the team.
  • Ensure timely completion of the activities.
  • Guiding and motivating fellow employees
  • Co-ordination with global entities of JC.
  • Ensure timely completion of engineering, timely ordering & delivery.
  • Co-ordination with other departments like planning, manufacturing, QC, Erection and
  • Control teams of Engineers and Draughtsman, to carry out engineering activities.
  • Making Design calculations.
  • Communication with customer, participation in technical discussions with customer
  • Selection of bought out components
  • Should have handled a drafting team and engineers.
