The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing sales through channel partners, and institutional networks. The role requires strong relationship management, strategic business development, and execution skills to ensure alignment with Vianaar’s hospitality-led sales approach
● Positive feedback from clients acquired via channel partners.
● Development of new partner networks and geographies.
● Identification of new distribution opportunities, alliances, and partnerships.

- Track and manage the sales pipeline through lead hero, ensuring channel partner performance visibility.
- Established network of brokers, real estate consultants, and institutional sales partners across India and overseas.
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to expand reach and market penetration.
- Represent Vianaar in partner forums, exhibitions, and industry networking platforms. Provide insights from channel performance and client feedback to refi ne product and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create co-branded campaigns and partner-driven lead generation activities
- Manage channel partner on boarding, training, and performance monitoring.
- Drive sales through innovative distribution models and partnerships, ensuring premium customer engagement.
- Build strong partnerships with real estate brokers, High end experience curators, wealth advisors, and institutional networks.
- Identify and open new sales channels, including digital alliances and global markets.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and customer experience guidelines in all partner-led sales.

- 4 + years of proven experience in channel sales management within real estate, luxury housing, or allied industries (hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or premium retail).
- Knowledge of global best practices in channel partner management.
- Hands-on experience in using CRM tools, lead management systems, and digital sales platforms.
- Strong track record in on boarding, managing, and scaling sales through channel partners, brokers, and institutional networks.
- Exposure to managing multiple regions and delivering on revenue targets through partners.
