Interns receive continuous feedback and have the opportunity to collaborate with staff at all levels on projects that aid in career development and provide insight into transportation consulting. Interns take on tasks and responsibilities comparable to entry‑level staff.

Our intern program focuses on skills development while maximizing opportunities for learning and professional experience. Internships are available for a semester, summer, or throughout the year, with hours and work schedules determined based on your availability and the office’s needs.
Compensation is $25‑$28 an hour, with placement within the range based on education, experience, and qualifications. Although interns are not eligible for the full benefits package, sick time accrues at a rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked.
