The Data Center Operations team supports rapid growth by deploying and operating hyperscale data centers. The team takes full onsite responsibility for each site, managing the end‑to‑end lifecycle of the hardware fleet and delivering scalable, reliable infrastructure solutions and services. The team ensures infrastructure solutions remain scalable and reliable.
Facilities Operations Leads support DC Operations as subject‑matter experts, handling escalations related to critical infrastructure and other facilities within the white space. They assess design limitations and risks, regularly audit and collaborate with colocation partners on maintenance programs, and manage change processes for high‑risk maintenance activities.
Leads act as first responders to onsite incidents, coordinating with engineering and infrastructure SMEs, and provide onsite services that support various initiatives while maintaining positive, collaborative relationships with customers, partner teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Candidates must also have hands‑on experience with electrical or mechanical systems such as generators, chillers, UPS, and sub‑distribution.
Preferred qualifications comprise direct experience with GPU servers such as H100, B200, GB200, a diploma or professional certification in electrical or mechanical engineering, high agility to prioritize work in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment, and experience managing vendors, projects, or program engagements. These qualities help the lead navigate complex, fast‑moving environments.
