- Support development of strong client relationships with existing clients and with the establishment of new clients.
- Assist with marketing, business development, proposal preparation, interviews, and presentations.

- Monitor performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage risk.
- Plan and conduct work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.

- 15+ years related to the delivery of municipal transportation and stormwater projects
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited engineering program
- Proven project pursuit, client management, and project management skills
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Texas required; or ability to register through reciprocity
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Opportunity to train, coach, and mentor junior design staff in developing and delivering design projects
