Planning and preparation of work packages for emergent troubleshooting. Transmittal of troubleshooting advice/guidance to Offshore Service troubleshooting teams.

Experience and capability with systems such as Microsoft Office, Maintenance Management systems, data logging and networking systems.
Demonstrates a strong ability to collaborate effectively, with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in compliance with HS&E policies and procedures. Ability to influence, particularly around safety, to gain commitment to deliver business objectives.
Possession of a technical background (engineering, maintenance or operational) combined with demonstrable understanding of commercial operations.
Not required, but good to have experience of Wind Turbine/Power Plant (or equivalent process) operations within the power generation (or similar industries), experience of working offshore, and Maritime operations knowledge.
Strong numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail. Confidence to make decisions based on incomplete information.
